9Environmental Laws Sample Clauses

9Environmental Laws. (a) Comply in all material respects with, and ensure compliance in all material respects by all tenants and subtenants, if any, with, all material applicable Environmental Laws, and obtain and comply in all material respects with and maintain, and ensure that all tenants and subtenants obtain and comply in all material respects with and maintain, any and all licenses, approvals, notifications, registrations or permits required by material applicable Environmental Laws.
(b) Conduct and complete all investigations, studies, sampling and testing, and all remedial, removal and other actions required under material Environmental Laws and promptly comply in all material respects with all lawful orders and directives of all material Governmental Authorities regarding Environmental Laws.

Maintain at all times all of Borrower's property in compliance with all Environmental Laws in all material respects, and immediately notify the Bank of any notice, action, lien or other similar action alleging either the location of any Hazardous Substances or the material violation of any Environmental Laws with respect to any of Borrower's property or operations.
