9 - DATA PROTECTION. 1.9.1. Any personál data included in the agreement shall be processed pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data. Such data shall be processed solely for the purposes of the implementation, management and monitoring of the agreement by the Agency, without prejudice to possible transmission to the bodies charged with monitoring or inspection task in application of Union law.
1.9.2. The beneficiary shall have the right of access to his/her personal data and the right to rectify any šuch dáta. Should the beneficiary háve any queries concerning the processing of his/her personál dáta, he/she shall address them to the Agency.
1.9.3. The beneficiary shall háve the right of recourse at any time to the European Data Protection Supervisor.
9 - DATA PROTECTION. Any personal data included in or relating to the Contract, including its execution, shall be processed pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data. It shall be processed solely for the purposes of the performance, management and follow-up of the Contract by [entity acting as data controller] without prejudice to possible transmission to the bodies charged with a monitoring or inspection task in conformity with Community law. The Contractor shall have the right of access to his personal data and the right to rectify any such data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Should the Contractor have any queries concerning the processing of his personal data, he shall address them to the official indicated above. The Contractor shall have the right of recourse at any time to the European Data Protection Supervisor.
