8Distributions Upon Dissolution. Upon the commencement of the winding up of a Series pursuant to Article XI, such Series shall make no further distributions pursuant to this Article VI (unless the Manager determines otherwise in its sole and absolute discretion), but shall make all distributions in accordance with the order and priority set forth in Section 11.6, notwithstanding that such dissolution occurs subsequent to a distribution record date or the effective day of a withdrawal but prior to making the related distribution that would otherwise be made in connection therewith pursuant to this Agreement.
