7Survival. 11.7.1 Any obligations that occur or are due as a result of this Agreement upon the expiration or early termination of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or early termination thereof. 11.7.2 The provisions of Sections 5, 8, 10, and this Section 11.7 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
