7Headings. The section headings herein are for convenience and reference only and in no way define or limit the scope of this Agreement or in any way affect its provisions. Whenever the terms hereto, hereunder, herein or hereof are used in this Agreement, they shall be construed as referring to this entire Agreement, rather than to any individual section, subsection or sentence.
