7Assignment. This Agreement is not assignable by Employee during the Employee’s lifetime. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of (a) the successors and assigns of the Company, and (b) any person to whom Employee’s rights under this Agreement may pass by reason of Employee’s death. ​
