7Arbitration. In the event that a Party requests a Valuation Price determination in accordance with Section 3.1, a price change determination in accordance with Section 4.4, or an invoice determination in accordance with Section 4.5.2 to be submitted to an arbitrator, such determination shall be determined by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and conclusive, absent manifest error. The Parties shall amend this Agreement if and as appropriate to implement the decision of the arbitrator.
