6Term. The term of the Partnership commenced upon the initial filing of the Certificate of Limited Partnership in accordance with the Delaware Act and shall continue indefinitely unless sooner terminated as provided herein. The existence of the Partnership as a separate legal entity shall continue until the cancellation of the Certificate of Limited Partnership as provided in the Delaware Act.

The existence of the Partnership as a separate legal entity shall continue until the cancellation of the Certificate of Limited Partnership as provided in the Delaware Act.
