6Severability. If any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be void or unenforceable, that term or provision shall be severed from this Agreement, the balance of the Agreement shall survive, and the balance of this Agreement shall be reasonably construed to carry out the intent of the parties as evidenced by the terms of this Agreement.
