6Cooperation. After the Settlement Effective Date, upon the reasonable request of TRIS, ▇▇▇▇ will use commercially reasonable efforts to execute and deliver any and all further materials, documents and instruments of conveyance, transfer or assignment as may reasonably be requested by ▇▇▇▇ to effect, record or verify the transfer to, and vesting in TRIS of, the Transferred Assets in accordance with the terms of this Settlement Agreement. ▇▇▇▇ further agrees to provide such additional supporting information and documentation as ▇▇▇▇ may reasonably request in relation to the Transferred Assets.
