It typically outlines how much vacation time employees accrue, the process for requesting and approving vacation, and any restrictions on when vacation can be taken or carried over to subsequent years. By establishing clear guidelines for vacation, this clause ensures both employer and employee understand their rights and obligations, helping to prevent disputes and maintain workplace productivity.
