5JSC Responsibilities. The JSC shall have the following responsibilities: (a) reviewing regulatory interactions and submissions prior to assignment of the Initial NDA; (b) executing the Transition Plan and reviewing and discussing amendments to the Transition Plan; and (c) performing such other activities as the Parties agree in writing shall be the responsibility of the JSC.
