5Employee Status Sample Clauses

5Employee Status. M▇. ▇▇▇▇’▇ relationship with the Company shall be that of an employee. M▇. ▇▇▇▇ shall not be entitled to any compensation for the performance of the services other than as set forth in this Agreement. (a) M▇. ▇▇▇▇ acknowledges and agrees that except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, M▇. ▇▇▇▇ shall be eligible for any Company employee benefits.
