5Background Check. Executive’s employment is conditioned on, and subject to, satisfactory proof of identity and right to work in the United States, and Executive’s satisfactory completion of a background check and other applicable pre-employment screenings. If the foregoing condition is not satisfied, this Employment Agreement, including Employer’s obligations herein, shall become immediately null and void.
