Common use of 4Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

4Indebtedness. (a) Create, incur, assume, or be liable for any Indebtedness other than Permitted Indebtedness or (b) purchase, redeem, defease or prepay any principal of, premium, if any, interest or other amount payable in respect of any Indebtedness (other than with respect to the Obligations as described in Section 2.3) prior to its scheduled maturity.
