4Duration. The work shall commence and be finalised in accordance with the progress plan in Appendix 2. 1. 5The representatives of the parties Upon the conclusion of the Agreement, each of the parties shall appoint a representative who is authorised to act on behalf of such party in matters relating to the Agreement. The authorised representatives of the parties are specified in Appendix 3. 1. 6Key personnel The key personnel of the Consultant in connection with the rendering of the Assistance shall be specified in Appendix 3. Replacement of key personnel on the part of the Consultant requires the approval of the Customer. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the case of the replacement of personnel due to circumstances relating to the Consultant, the costs associated with transferring expertise to the new personnel shall be for the account of the Consultant.
