3rd Damage Clause Samples

The "3rd Damage" clause defines the responsibilities and procedures when damage is caused to a third party in connection with the contract. Typically, this clause outlines which party is liable for compensating third parties for losses or injuries, and may require the responsible party to indemnify and hold the other party harmless from such claims. Its core function is to allocate risk and clarify liability for third-party damages, thereby protecting the contracting parties from unexpected legal or financial exposure arising from incidents involving external individuals or entities.
