Common use of 3No Conflicts Clause in Contracts

3No Conflicts. Neither the execution or delivery of or performance under this Agreement or the Registration Rights Agreement nor the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby will conflict with, violate, or constitute a breach of or a default under (whether with or without the giving of notice or lapse of time or both) (i) the Purchaser’s organizational documents, (ii) any agreement to which the Purchaser is party, (iii) any law applicable to the Purchaser or (iv) any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, determination or award binding upon or affecting the Purchaser.
