3Irregular Employees a. The Employer reserves the right to hire irregular employees, and these employees shall not be covered by the terms of this Agreement. b. If a temporary or seasonal employee is retained beyond one hundred eighty (180) days he/she shall have attained seniority unless the one hundred eighty (180) day period is extended by mutual written agreement of the Employer and the Union.
