3Directors Clause Samples
3Directors. From and after the Effective Time, until successors are duly elected and qualified in accordance with applicable law, the directors of the Company shall be the same directors of the Company who are in office immediately preceding the Effective Time.
3Directors. The directors of Acquisition holding office immediately prior to the consummation of the Merger shall be the directors of the Surviving Corporation as of the Effective Time until the earlier of their resignation or removal or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified, as the case may be.
