3Currency Sample Clauses
3Currency. The Guarantor must make all payments under this Guarantee in the currency of the indebtedness under the Bond in respect of which a claim is made under this Guarantee.

If, due to restrictions or prohibitions imposed by national or international authority, payments cannot be made as provided in this Section 6 (Payments), the Parties shall consult with a view to finding a prompt and acceptable solution, and the paying Party shall deal with such monies as the other Party may lawfully direct.
3Currency. Save for the Total Supply Price, all payments to be made hereunder by one Party to the other Party shall be computed and paid in Euros (€). As it relates to the Total Supply Price, payments to be made hereunder shall be computed and paid in United States dollars (USD).
