3Com Deliverables. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, 3Com hereby grants to JD a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided in Section 17.9), fully-paid license to use and reproduce the Palm Development Environment, the Palm Software in object code form, and the Palm Materials solely to develop, manufacture, test and support the JD Products. Such license shall include the right to use any 3Com intellectual property rights associated with or related to use of the Palm Development Environment, Palm Software and/or Palm Materials, in connection with the development, manufacturing, testing or support of such items solely within JD Products.
