Common use of 3Closing Clause in Contracts

3Closing. The closing of the Mergers (the “Closing”) shall take place on February 2, 2026, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all of the conditions set forth in Article VII (other than those conditions that by their terms are to be fulfilled at the Closing, but subject to the fulfillment or waiver of such conditions), unless another time or date is agreed to in writing by the parties hereto (the date of the Closing, the “Closing Date”).
