35mm Delivery Items Clause Samples
The '35mm Delivery Items' clause defines the specific requirements and obligations related to the delivery of 35mm film materials in a contract, typically within the context of film production or distribution. This clause outlines what constitutes acceptable 35mm film elements, such as prints, negatives, or interpositives, and may specify technical standards, delivery timelines, and packaging instructions. By clearly detailing what must be delivered and in what condition, the clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities and helps prevent disputes over the quality or completeness of the film materials provided.
