342 Hazardous Substances. Contractor shall notify the National Response Center and Contracting Officer of all releases of reportable quantities of hazardous substances on or in the vicinity of Contract Area that are caused by Contractor’s employees, agents, Subcontrac- tors or their employees or agents, directly or indirectly, as a result of Contractor’s Operations, in accordance with 40 CFR 302.
