Common use of 2Term Clause in Contracts

2Term. This Agreement will be effective from and subject to the date upon which the Closing occurs and will continue in effect for an indefinite term until it is terminated in accordance with Article 4 (the "Term"). The Executive's original hire date of July 11, 2022 with Hut shall be recognized for all purposes. In the event that the Closing does not occur, this Agreement shall be null and void and the Executive's employment under any pre-existing employment agreement shall continue in effect.
