2Special Meetings Sample Clauses
2Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Trustees may be held at any time and at any place designated in the call of the meeting when called by the Chairman of the Trustees, the President or the Treasurer or by two or more Trustees, sufficient notice thereof being given to each Trustee by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary or by the officer of the Trustees calling the meeting.
2Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Members may be called at any time by any Member upon two (2) days actual notice (written or verbal). Each such notice must state the matters to be presented at such meeting.

Special meetings of the Members, for any purpose or purposes, unless otherwise prescribed by statute, may be called at any time by the Managing Member or on the written request of a Majority-In-Interest of the membership, with such written request specifying the purpose or purposes of the meeting. In case of failure to call such meeting within 30 days after such request, the Member or Members holding not less than 25% of the Common Units may call such special meeting.
2Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Members may be called at any time by any Manager of the Company or by Members holding at least twenty five percent (25%) of the outstanding Membership Interests by delivering written notice of such meeting to the Manager.
