2Ordering & Fill Rate. 1.2.1 Ordering Ordering procedures: All orders will be placed through the hosted catalog. CPG will provide the following alternative ordering procedures and capabilities for contingency purposes. 1) Orders may be placed via email at ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or 2) faxed to ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. 1.2.2 Fill Rate Orders will be filled as soon as they are received. Overall monthly average fill rate performance will be 99%. Warehouses inventories are checked weekly and replenishment orders are placed with the mill as required maintaining inventory levels.
