2Notices. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any Notice shall be in writing to the address provided below and delivered by hand delivery, United States mail, overnight courier service, facsimile, or electronic messaging (e-mail). Notice by facsimile, electronic messaging (e-mail), or hand delivery shall be effective at the close of business on the day received, if the entire document was received during business hours on a Business Day, and otherwise shall be effective at the close of business on the next Business Day after it was sent for “next-day delivery” or its equivalent by a nationally-recognized overnight courier or personally delivered. Notice by overnight courier service shall be effective on the next Business Day after it was sent. Notice by United States mail shall be effective on the day it was received. A Party may change its address by providing Notice of same to the other Party in accordance with this Section 28.2.
