If applicable, Dalet shall use commercially reasonable efforts to connect remotely to Your system, reproduce the Error and communicate to You an initial analysis by electronic mail or other appropriate means. In the event that Dalet is unable to reproduce or diagnose the Error, Dalet’s response will indicate so, and may recommend actions to help in the diagnosis or request additional information.
