27Secured Note Documents Sample Clauses

27Secured Note Documents. The Loan Parties have delivered to Administrative Agent complete and correct copies of, (i) the Secured Note Documents and of all exhibits and schedules thereto as of the Closing Date and (ii) copies of any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to or waiver under each Secured Note Document entered into after the date hereof (including any such modification accomplished via a side letter or any other document).
