Common use of 21C Clause in Contracts

21C. The PRC will, within twenty (20) days of receiving an unsatisfactory recommendation from the CEC, meet with the Member and her/his Program Chair to develop a supportive remediation plan to aid the Member in meeting the expectations for satisfactory performance. The plan, which will be presented to the Member within forty days (40) of receiving the unsatisfactory recommendation from the CEC, will include strategies that are intended to assist the Member to meet performance expectations. A timeline will be created, and interim criteria established against which performance will be assessed approximately one (1) year after the establishment of these criteria. The results of this interim assessment will be submitted to the Member, with a copy to the Chair, within twenty (20) days of the review being completed. The PRC may also recommend adjustments to the Member’s workload in order to implement effectively the remediation plan.
