2017 Notes Clause Samples

The "2017 Notes" clause defines and references a specific set of debt instruments, typically promissory notes or bonds, that were issued in the year 2017. This clause clarifies which financial instruments are being discussed or governed by the agreement, often by specifying their issuance date, principal amount, or other identifying features. By clearly identifying the 2017 Notes, the clause ensures that all parties understand exactly which obligations or rights are being addressed, thereby preventing confusion and ensuring precise application of the contract's terms to these particular notes.
