2003 Progress Report. By July 1, 2004, the Participating Airlines will provide a Progress Report to ARB of GSE replaced by new or retrofitted units between January 1, 1998 and December 31, 2003, and identify the GSE added between January 1, 1998 and December 31, 2003. The form for the 2003 Progress Report is set forth at Appendix 2 attached hereto.
