2001 Actual. Parties acknowledge that a review of 2001 actual financial information and earnings sharing will be part of the 2003 Customer Review Process. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to file actual 2001 financial information prior to the commencement of the hearing. As this information has no impact on the customer review process for 2001 or 2002, there is no “issue” for resolution by the Board.
