2 Coordination Clause Samples

2 Coordination. The Contractor will schedule a kick-off meeting with the City to establish study goals and objectives. Coordination with the City project manager and staff will be ongoing throughout the project. The Contractor will communicate with the project manager through bi-weekly meetings. Six in-person meetings and twelve conference calls are included in this task. In-person meetings will not occur during weeks when there is a project Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting (six TAC meetings are included in this scope in Task 2).
