Common use of 1Term Clause in Contracts

1Term. This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in full force for the Term (as defined in Exhibit A attached hereto, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms herein. The Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason by delivery of a 30 days prior written notice to the other party (the “Notice Period”). During the Notice Period, the Company will have the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether or not the Consultant shall provide the Services.
