Common use of 1Initial Term Clause in Contracts

1Initial Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Agreement Date and shall end on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Commercial Operations Date unless it is earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. The termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to all rights and obligations of the Parties accrued under this Agreement prior to such termination.
