1934 Act Filings. During the period from the Closing Time until one year after the Closing Time, the Operating Partnership shall deliver to the Underwriters, (i) promptly upon their becoming available, copies of all current, regular and periodic reports of the Operating Partnership filed with any securities exchange or with the Commission or any governmental authority succeeding to any of the Commission’s functions, and (ii) such other information concerning the Operating Partnership as the Underwriters may reasonably request.
