16Benefit Plans Sample Clauses

16Benefit Plans. (a) The Corporation is not party to, and has no Liabilities in respect of, any Benefit Plan. (b) Without limiting the generality of Section 3.16(a), the Corporation is not a party to or bound by, or otherwise obligated to contribute to, or in any way liable under or in respect of, any Benefit Plan that provides benefits beyond retirement or other termination of service to employees or former employees of the Corporation or to the beneficiaries or dependents of such employees or former employees.
