Common use of 16 - Duration Clause in Contracts

16 - Duration. This arrangement shall remain in force for a period of thirty-six months from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2014, and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter, unless in any year not more that 90 days before the date of its termination either party shall furnish the other with notice of desire to terminate or amend this agreement.
