15Further Assurances. Promptly upon written request by Administrative Agent, to the extent not prohibited by Applicable Law or otherwise in contravention of the Credit Parties’ obligations under the Loan Documents, do, execute, acknowledge, deliver, register and re-register any and all such further acts, certificates, assurances and other instruments as Administrative Agent may reasonably require from time to time in order to satisfy and carry out more effectively the purposes of the Loan Documents.
