14Margin Regulations Sample Clauses

14Margin Regulations. The Borrower is not engaged and will not engage, principally or as one of its important activities, in the business of purchasing or carrying Margin Stock, or extending credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying Margin Stock, and no part of the proceeds of Loans will be used to buy or carry any Margin Stock. For the avoidance of doubt, the Lender acknowledges that the Borrower's ownership of shares of common stock of the Lender and the Borrower's financing of such shares pursuant to the Margin Loan Facility does not breach this Section 3.14.
14Margin Regulations. Borrower is not engaged and will not engage, principally or as one of its important activities, in the business of purchasing or carrying Margin Stock, or extending credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying Margin Stock, and no part of the proceeds of any Credit Extension hereunder will be used to buy or carry any Margin Stock. Following the application of the proceeds of each Borrowing or drawing under each Letter of Credit, not more than 25% of the value of the assets (either of Borrower only or of Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis) will be Margin Stock.
