14C. In the event of the Seller having authorized the disclosure of any Technical Data or Software Services to third parties either under this Agreement or by an express prior written authorization, the Buyer hereby undertakes to cause such third party to agree to be bound by the same conditions and restrictions as the Buyer with respect to the disclosed Technical Data or Software Services.
