14B. An employee who is injured during working hours and who is required to leave for treatment or is sent home for such injury shall receive pay- ment for the remainder of the shift at his/her regular rate of pay with- out deduction from his/her IIP hours, unless a physician states that the employee is fit for further work on that shift.
