Common use of 14B Clause in Contracts

14B. In case of a dispute between employer and emnlovee that cannot be settled by Business Agent of the Union, it is thereby provided that a committee of two members of Local No. 1113 be seleeted by the President of the Local and two employers to be selected by the President of the Retail Merchants Association and those four are to select an uninterested fifth person. This committee is to have a hearing and then decision is to be final.
