14A. The Seller warrants that the Technical Data are prepared in accordance with the state of art at the date of their conception. Should any Technical Data prepared by the Seller contain non-conformity or defect, the sole and exclusive liability of the Seller shall be to take all reasonable and proper steps to correct such Technical Data. Notwithstanding the above, no warranties of any kind shall be given for the Customer Originated Changes, as set forth in Clause 14A.8.
