14A. All proprietary rights, including but not limited to patent, design and copyrights, relating to Technical Data shall remain with the Seller and/or its Affiliates as the case may be. These proprietary rights shall also apply to any translation into a language or languages or media that may have been performed or caused to be performed by the Buyer.
