12Negative Pledges. The Borrower shall not permit nor allow any of it's Subsidiaries (other than the Margin Loan Borrower to create, incur, assume or otherwise cause or suffer to exist or become effective any Lien of any kind securing Indebtedness for borrowed money upon any of their property or assets, now owned or hereafter acquired, except as permitted under Section 6.02(b), (c), (g), (h) or (i).
