12Miscellaneous. All headings are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect any construction or interpretation of the Loan Documents. Unless otherwise indicated, all references in a Loan Document to clauses and other subdivisions refer to the corresponding paragraphs, clauses and other subdivisions of the Loan Document. All Schedules and Exhibits referred to in this Agreement are incorporated in this Agreement by reference.
